This book presents the substantive law on sexual crimes in Uganda and is based on the judicial interpretation of the major sexual offenses created under the Uganda Penal Code Act. In addition to reporting actual cases and judgments, the book examines their wider social implications and, answers questions of policy issues that have impacted, or should impact on criminal law.
