The Story of Hope
Hope was a victim of animal cruelty - she was intentionally run over
by a taxi driver. It is a miracle that she survived. The incident left her
unable to use her hind legs. Making the best of her situation, Hope
learned to walk on only her front legs. But her injuries left her very
ill and she was near death when she was rescued months later by the
Uganda Society for the Protection and Care of Animals in Kampala,
Uganda. Soon, Hope had been transformed into a vibrant, healthy
dog who loves people and has inspired many.
