A number of innovations that have been made on the few pioneer commercial fish farms in Africa are described. The book combines technical aspects of fish production with aqua-business principles and provides a basis for further innovations in the production and marketing of farmed fish. It is the authors’ sincere hope and belief that this book will make a contribution to the development of commercial aquaculture in Africa.
